The Role
We are seeking a VR GP to provide primary care services for residents in aged care facilities in Tamworth. This is a rewarding opportunity for a doctor who values continuity of care, flexible scheduling, and a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and examinations

• Develop and implement management and preventive care plans

• Provide ongoing reviews, follow-ups, and annual health checks

• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences as required
